Refund policy

At MAI New York, every piece is crafted with intention — and we want you to feel that in every experience, including returns.

Store Credit We do not offer cash refunds. All approved returns are issued as store credit, valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

Return Window Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags attached.

Final Sale Items Sale items, intimates, and accessories are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Initiate a Return To begin your return, please contact us at hello@mainewyork.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days. Upon approval, return instructions and the return address will be provided to you directly.
